Written goals are all the things or projects that one is attempting or aiming at to achieve at a particular period in time. Written goals or goal settings has helped alot of people and still helping in the journey of success. Written goals is the starting point of every achievement. Proper written goals can guide one from making unnecessary mistake in life and it can also help one to overcome some kind of confusion in the future. One of the benefit of written goals is that it will also help you to save your time and overcome unnecessary stresses. In life, human wants are numerous, so setting your goals by priority or sequence will also help one to get to his destination on time. Don't try to do everything at a time. Attempting to do everything at a time will cause you pain. 

2.Planning

A proper planning helps one to save time and resources. When you plan well in any activity or occasion, it will help you to be in the right track. The first step in the journey of achievement is a written goal followed by a proper planning. Every good contractor can not do without a proper planning. In life, for one to get a positive result in your field or career, one needs to plan ahead to avoid blaming people or nature. One of the disadvantages

Skills is everything one has chosen to do or have passion for. Skills is one of the things or activity that one is known for or what one can not do without. I have been privileged to be in a seminar where youths gather and a question was asked "what do you want to be or what do you want to do with your life "Some said musician, some said lawyer and some said businessman. That was the reply the people were given. All their answers was great and acceptable but it requires a constant development in order to get a positive result in each skills. Developing your skills will make you outstanding in your choose field or career. For people to patronize your services, you need to be atlist 75% good at what you do because nobody wants to waste his resources on a service that they do not trust. Belief me, talent or skill is good but for your talent or skill to shine more brighter you need to keep developing it.

4. Financial Security 

Every true vision or goals requires money, time and effort in order to become a reality. For one to be financially balanced, you must have atlist three streams of income. For one to get a positive result in the journey of achievement or achieving ones purpose or goals you need to be financially balanced. One can be talented, skillful and gifted but without finance, his dream can be cut short. Let me remind you again that every dream requires from you, your money, your time and your efforts if you must get a positive result in it. 

5. Focus

In life, there are alot of distractions and obstacles that can stop one from achieving his purpose or dreams if care is not taken. It takes alot of discipline for one to be focused in the journey of achievement or achieving his purpose or goals in life. Focus is one of the ingredients that keeps a man moving even in the presence of obstacles or distractions. Any person or individual that is not suitable or focus will always like to taste every opportunity that will take him /her off track from the main thing that he is set to do. 

6. Determination 

Determination simply means decide or convinced. A determined mind is a mind that sees the possibility while others sees the impossiblities. Belief me, for one to get to the peak of his success in life, he must be convinced and determined to win no matter what It takes. Determination leads to success when your mind is made up to win even in the presence of challenges.

7.Attend seminars

Seminar is a place where one get to meet people or proffessionals that has gone ahead or have more experience in his chosen field or career. Attending seminars is one of the platform one can upgrade his skills or career. Seminars will also help one alot in terms of developing his gift or skills because when you get in contact with the proffessionals, they will motivate you and advice you to push ahead. Just remember this "iron sharpens iron ".

8. Have A Role Model 

A role model is someone who you are looking up-to, to be like or someone who inspires you in your choose field or career. Having a role model is very important because it will help one to be on a right track. Role model has helped alot of people because one will find it difficult to give up in his posuit to destiny. If you really want to get a positive result in your choose field or career, you need to follow the foot steps of those that has gone ahead of you in your field. 

9. Discipline 

Discipline is the act of doing the right thing at the right time and in the right place without considering the circumstances or the consequences. Discipline is the bed lock of success because without it one can not become or achieve anything success in life. 

One can be talented, skillful and gifted but without discipline, he will end up becoming average or mediocre in life. For one to get to the peak of success, it requires a lot of discipline, concentration and hard work. one of the advantages of discipline is that, it will make one to be outstanding in his chosen field or career.

Life is filled with troubles, challenges, tribulations and temptations. All this make life interesting .In journey of life, one must encounter challenges of all kinds. There is a saying that says that "No pain, No gain". Every success has prize to be paid in order to get it. Belief me, there is no short cut to success, you must do one thing or the other to get what you want. Therefore, I want you to see every problem or challenges as a stepping stone. Instead of lamenting, complaining and blaming, start complying. Don't forget this, don't give up. Quitters never win and winners never quit.
